Consonance Turandot should be the new height Opera audio ever achieved in 24bit over sampling CD-player. Advanced digital and analogue design, construction techniques and components which have been carefully selected combine to provide the highest performance.
Turandot is built using 2 separate power supplies, the CD-loader support remain the technology developed for the Droplet CDP5.0, is also sandwich floated by graphite for exceptional stability to control drive vibration.
Along with a clear super clock technological improvement over the previous design, Turandot has achieved the ability to reduce the digital distortion colse to the theoretical minimum for a 16-bit jitter-test.
Features:
- -Digital jitter down to astonishing 118 psec.
- -Digital Sample Rates (Fs): 352.8 kHz sample rates for CD playback to the analog audio outputs.
- -DAC section with local clock and PCM1792 chip under the main board.
- -Separate mains transformers and nultiple supply regulation for the transport servos and digital processing sections.
- -Differential analogue filter and output stage based around high quality Burr-Brown OPA627 opamps. This stage includes independent power supply regulation.
