Introduced in 1998 as an affordable, yet reference-caliber SRPP line stage, the original T1 model has been reengineered to Cyber 222 status.
This change takes advantage of some of the same advancements introduced in our more recent and costly preamplifiers, including the Reference1.1, Rreference 2.2 and Reference 50.

The new Consonance Cyber 222 is an improved SRPP design separated with a large, fully-regulated power supply and is hand-assembled to the same critical standards as other opera audio products.
Cyber222 component improvements include higher-quality resistors, new Auricap coupling capacitors and our latest selected 6SN7 twin triode vacuum tubes.
Cyber222 features new remote control system and incorporates extensive internal chassis damping also achieved in the Reference 50 models. The cumulative sonic gains are exciting: tighter focus of instruments, more natural-sounding, improved dynamics and better bass control and impact.
